They are, in addiction to the restored frames and still functioning, for the process of silk instruments and tools, a waterwheel for the twisting of the fabric. Not far away, the silk museum exhibits various tissues beloved by nobles and royals some centuries ago. In addition to the old looms and the royal apartments, we won't miss the real Casino del Belvedere, whose construction was under Ferdinando II. The building is decorated by frescos and paintings - almost allegorical scenes. We will live a beautiful journey in the history of one of the most important periods of the Reign of Naples, with its great rulers. Continue the day with a walking tour of the village of Caserta Vecchia (the old Caserta): watching the ruins of the castle, you’ll live one day in a typical medieval atmosphere!
