Modern art historian with a PhD, licensed tour guide for the Province of Rome (now Lazio Region) since 2010. My tours are mainly addressed to small groups (max 5/6 pax), and to middle and high school classes outside the usual circuits. In fact, I propose visits to sites exclusively of historical-artistic interest: Villa Farnesina alla Lungara (ital./engl.), Galleria Corsini (ital.) and S. Maria in Trastevere (ital.); the historical libraries Casanatense, Vallicelliana and Angelica (ital.); the early medieval mosaics (S. Maria Maggiore-S. Pudenziana-S. Prassede) (ital.); to the National Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art (Gnam, only in ital.); to the Basilica of S. Pietro in Vincoli (ital./engl.); Museum of Ancient Art of Palazzo Barberini (ital.); Doria Pamphili Museum (ital.); Picture Gallery of the Capitoline Museums (ital.); to the Coppedè Quarter (ital.), to the Borghese Gallery (ital.) and to the Non-Catholic Cemetery (ital.). In addition, there is a tour of Caravaggio's works in Roman churches (S. Agostino, S. Luigi dei Francesi and S. Maria del Popolo (ital.) and walks in Baroque Rome (ital.). NO VATICAN MUSEUMS, COLOSSEUM, FORUM AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL ROME IN GENERAL.
I work with withholding tax and a booking of at least one week is required.
