I love Rome deeply and am fascinated by its complex historical stratification which I never stop studying. Rome is an open-air museum: walking through its streets we pass through all the centuries of history, from Antiquity to the Middle Ages, from the Renaissance to the Baroque, from the nineteenth century to the contemporary world.
